Payment Processing & Conditions
When you lock in an order for a new trailer, your transaction details are encrypted and securely validated via our approved payment terminal gateways. Full payment verification is required before an order can be officially confirmed, logged, and scheduled for freight shipment.
If your credit institution declines validation or cannot clear processing loops immediately, the order sequence automatically freezes. If you detect an isolated ledger charge on your banking dashboard but did not receive a corresponding receipt voucher from us, contact our desk immediately so we can verify the funds manually.
Pricing Edits & Order Cancellations
While we track product inventory logs closely, rare processing bugs can occasionally display inaccurate pricing tags. If an error is spotted before a trailer leaves the lot, we reserve the right to correct the amount and contact you for confirmation before moving forward.
Additionally, to protect consumers against identity theft, our system screens orders for suspicious activity. We reserve the full right to reject or limit orders flag-marked for verification issues or unauthorized buying behavior. If a cancellation triggers after billing clears, a full refund drops right back into your original payment method.
Billing Information Accuracy
Please triple-check your full billing parameters, home shipping address, telephone routing strings, and email tags before finalizing your purchase. Accurate record-keeping is critical to preventing freight delivery delays and ensures our logistics teams can reach you easily with updates.
