Product Description
This 20-foot flat rack shipping container is designed for transporting cargo that exceeds the dimensions or loading requirements of standard enclosed shipping containers. Its open-sided and open-top configuration provides the flexibility needed for oversized machinery, vehicles, timber, pipes, construction materials, and other project cargo.
The unit consists of a heavy-duty steel base frame with collapsible end walls at each end. When the end walls are folded down, multiple flat racks can be stacked efficiently for return transport, helping optimize space and reduce repositioning requirements.
Integrated lashing rings are positioned throughout the base frame and end walls to help secure cargo during transit. Standard ISO corner castings allow the unit to be lifted, stacked, secured, and handled aboard vessels, chassis, rail cars, and other compatible intermodal equipment.
