Checking out should be the easiest part of finding new furniture for your home. We want to be completely transparent about how we handle your payments so you can shop with confidence.

How We Process Payments When you place an order, your payment is processed in full right away so we can secure your items. If your card is declined or the payment doesn't go through, the order simply won't be finalized.

Technology isn't perfect, so if you ever see a charge on your bank statement but didn't get an order confirmation from us, please reach out immediately. We will look into it right away and make sure you are fully refunded if the order didn't process correctly.

Keeping Your Details Accurate To make sure your furniture gets to the right place without any delays, please double-check that your billing and shipping addresses are accurate at checkout. If you move or get a new email address, keep your account updated so we can always reach you about your delivery.

Pricing and Taxes All of our prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We do our best to ensure everything is perfectly accurate, but if we ever make a typo or a pricing mistake, we reserve the right to correct it. Any shipping fees or applicable sales tax will be clearly calculated and added to your total at checkout so there are no surprises.

Order Cancellations Because our focus is on outfitting real homes, we reserve the right to cancel or limit orders that seem to be coming from unauthorized resellers or distributors. We may also occasionally need to limit the quantity of items going to a single household or billing address.
