We want you to absolutely love the pieces you choose for your home. If your new dining table, chair, or TV unit isn't the perfect fit for your space, we want to make sending it back as smooth as possible. Here is how our return process works.
The 40-Day Window You have 40 days from the day your furniture is delivered to decide if it is right for you. To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, the piece needs to be in brand-new, unused condition, securely packed in all of its original packaging.
How to Start a Return Please don't ship your furniture back before reaching out! To get started, just send a quick email to info@celiasrustic.com. We will set you up with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Once you have your RMA number, carefully pack the item back into its original boxes along with your proof of purchase, and ship it back to our physical shop at 3317 Blanco Rd, San Antonio, TX 78212, United States.
Return Shipping Details Please keep in mind that you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Since furniture is heavy and valuable, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping or freight service to make sure your piece arrives safely back at our shop.
Getting Your Refund As soon as your furniture arrives at our San Antonio location, our team will inspect it to ensure it is still in new condition. We will process your refund or exchange within 4 business days of receiving it. You will get an automatic email confirmation the moment everything is finalized on our end.
What Can't Be Returned To ensure the quality of our inventory, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Furniture that has been used, assembled, or altered in any way.
- Items that have been unpacked and are no longer in their original boxes.
- Pieces that get damaged after they are delivered to your home. (If a piece was damaged in transit, we will need clear unboxing photos or video showing that it arrived that way).
Did Your Order Arrive Damaged? If your new furniture shows up defective or damaged by the delivery carrier, please let us know immediately at info@celiasrustic.com or call us at +1 (210) 858-1979. We will jump on the issue right away to get you a swift replacement or refund.
