Getting your new furniture safely from our shop to your home is a top priority for us. We want the delivery process to be just as effortless as picking out the perfect piece. Here is exactly how we handle getting your order to your door.
Shipping is Always Free Whether we are shipping a dining chair across the state or a center table internationally, standard shipping is 100% free on every single order.
How We Process Your Order We handle and pack everything straight from our physical shop in San Antonio, Texas.
- The Daily Cut-Off: Orders placed before 6:00 PM (EST) make our daily cutoff. If you order after 6:00 PM, we will get right to work on it the following business day.
- Fast Dispatch: We don't like keeping you waiting. Both domestic and international orders are processed and handed over to our carriers the same or next business day (Monday through Friday).
When to Expect Your Furniture Once your pieces leave our shop, here is the estimated time it takes to arrive:
- Within the US: 3 to 4 business days.
- International Deliveries: 6 to 12 business days.
Tracking Your Delivery We trust carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx to handle our packages with care. The moment your order is loaded onto the truck, we will email you a confirmation with your tracking number. It can sometimes take up to 24 hours for the carrier's system to update the tracking link, so don't worry if it doesn't show movement immediately.
A Quick Note on Addresses and Deliveries
- Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for pieces that end up at the wrong house because of an incomplete or incorrect address provided at checkout.
- If Something Goes Missing: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but your furniture isn't there, take a quick look around your property and check with neighbors. If it is still nowhere to be found, please contact the carrier or reach out to us within 24 hours of that delivery notification so we can step in and help.
